Could have cried when I passed a Fultons - none down south near me :rotfl:
Got to get DD2 an Ipad for school. Should I go for the mini or the full size one? Her dad thinks it should be the bigger one as easier to use but she is leaning more to the mini as easier to carry around. Any advice welcome

Get full size, not that heavy to carry around with school books. Also less nickable as harder to hide. Remember to load "find my iphone" app onto it so it can be tracked if it goes astray. I think full size is better for school because a lot of documents have small print, so easier to read.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. diluvsdiscounts wrote: »Ladyshopper sorry to hear you've had a set back this morning! You sound as though you are coping amazingly well under the circumstances. The district nurses do a marvellous job don't they its definitely worth mentioning any changes to them. Hope you get sorted out x
Thank you. Waterproof sheet ordered. Forgot to mention back to district nurse as was on phone when she came.
Mentioned my stitches were sore. Then got a phone call from Dr who has decided to prescribe me antibiotics just in case, as stitches quite red, plus wanted to book an appointment to do a home visit next week, so have booked for Monday. Am very impressed that they've done that.
District nurse had arranged a prescription for something else, but turns out surgery had sent it on to company dealing with all my drainage bags. No idea why! So, got Dr to re- prescribe that whilst on phone. My friend is going to pick it up, will have to give her my card to pay. Exemption form gone off today, but have to pay til I recieve it back, then can reclaim what I've paid today.
It's things like this that I find tricky. When you don't have a partner, you have to ask other people to do stuff like this and whilst I'm sure they don't mind, I hate asking.
Rhos, it's nice to see you back on here, sounds like it's been an "interesting" time for you!0 -
