Nationwide DIP - New job

Hi, My wife has received a DIP from nationwide, and they are asking for salary slips. My wife has started the job only 2 months ago, are 2 months salary slips enough?

Please help! Thanks

Are you sure, I have heard she needs 6 months of payslips?

Have they asked for 6 months payslips? If so, you will need 6 months payslips.

Otherwise you can just send the 2 and explain she does not have any others as it's likely they will find out about her employment history anyway.

Sorry my mistake, We just saw the DIP it says most recent payslip, which means we just provide the most recent payslip. If they check her employment and they see she's employed for 2 months only, will this make any problems?

Did you enter the duration of her current employment correctly?

Did you enter her previous employment?

If you did, the lender is quite capable of working out what documentation it will, or won't receive.

The lender will ask you for the items it requires, when it requires them. It may ask for nothing else, who knows?

We recently applied for a Nationwide mortgage. We are moving 150 miles away to be closer to my husband's new job. He's only worked there for 3 months and we were only asked to provide his latest payslip.

Did you get the mortgage in the end?
