Click Start, RIGHT click COMPUTER
Choose "manage"

Now, in the resulting window, on the left, expand "system tools", then expand"shared folders"
then expand "open files" ..
now RIGHT click in the middle window and choose "disconnect all open files"

Empty the recycle bin and try again to delete the folder
