Mortgate Application Removed CCJ

Hi everyone,
Some advice please. I am currently going through the process of purchasing my first home, but I am fearful that an old CCJ will affect my mortgage application.
It was over 6 years ago and no longer shows on my report, and my rating is back to "good". What I want to know is will the lender still be able to see that I had a CCJ even though it is no longer on my report, and if they can will it affect my application?
Any info will be great.
Thank you,

If it was 6 years ago you will be fine.

Please tell us you are not daft enough to apply for a mortgage to a member of the same group responsible for taking you to court.
ie - Got CCJd by Intelligent Finance and applying to Halifax, Lloyds, Scottish Widows Bank, TSB, Bank of Scotland etc.
