Please can I have some advice

I kind of need some advice please. As an incentive me and a few other employees where I work are supposed to be going out which the company have already booked and paid for. I am the only one of is who is on rota to work that day and I was told it would be fine as they would be able to cope without me as it's not a busy shift.
Then a few says ago my manager said I can't go unless I get the shift covered. If I work it though I won't have a day off next week and will have to work 13 days before my next say off. No one is able to cover it but as I haven't got a day off in so long and it is a company incentive that has already been booked and paid for what action should I take?
Also I had a choice between going out or being given vouchers and I chose to go out and as it's been paid for I won't have the opportunity to get the vouchers instead either.
I think she has done this because she got poor feedback from staff in a staff satisfaction survey and is trying to show staff how bad she can be

If the company make you work on that day they are effectively removing your choice. Call her bluff and say you will work but as she is doing the above you will expect the vouchers to be forthccoming. Send her the above in an email and copy it to her line manager. Word it politely but get the point across!0

If your other thread is anything to go by it seems to me they are trying another way to get you out,I personally would be very careful just what you choose to do.0
