hi, are there any online mortgage calculaters etc that will let me compare how much I will owe on a couple of mortgage offers in 2 years, so I can way up the cost of high fees versus lower interest rates, my main priority is getting my mortgage down not the lowest monthly fee.
the figures are in a thread a bit further down if they make any difference.
cheers

This one will show you each individual month the amount that's owed. It's in dollars, but that doesn't matter, just a symbol, replace it with pounds.
Where it asks you Show full amortization table? remember to click yes.0 -
thanks a lot...
this has told me that the mortgage with the higher fee leaves me owing more after 2 years, I don't think ill bother with it... I wonder why I was I was advised this? the table with the total cost over 2 years seemed convincing too0
