If you a fruit and veg merchant local a 20kg sack is around £6-8.
Iceland have 4kg bags for £2.19.

I agree, local farmer selling them in sacks from home or farm shop will have 25kg bags for £5 to £8

Farm shop will be best bet but morrisons do 12.5kg bags for around 4 quid
