DFS sofa after sales advice needed

Hi,
I purchased the DFS Langford sofa from DFS in December. When I purchased it I was told I should plump the bottom cushions once a week to prevent them sinking in, but after a few days it kept sinking in so we started plumping it everyday even though there's only 3 of us in the house and is only ever been used very lightly.
I contacted DFS and they said they would send someone out take a look at the sofa, he said everything was ok and we should plump 3-4 times per day. The problem is it the cushions keep sinking in, and if I knew this I would need to do this I would never have bought the sofa in the first place, He gave us the option of having the cushions padded at cost price of £30 instead of the normal £60.
I have since phoned DFS sales for the call record from when I purchased the Sofa and they said they haven't got it but the advisor did mention that plumping the sofa 3-4 times a day is a bit excessive but nothing can be done?
Can I do anything or am I stuck with the sofa? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
thanks
