Amount we should receive is a huge amount and I would assume they are foung this on purpose to delay this.

They are not doing it on purpose.

The last few weeks are the busiest time of the year for insurers and general servicing does tend to slow down as the insurers redirect resources to cover the massive increase in inflows they get during this period. It certainly isn't ideal but it happens most years with big old firms.

Any suggestions please or what actions should we take?

Keep chasing them. They have about 30 days and usually they pay out within 20.

@dunstonh thanks so much for thst info. That was a relief to read. Probably we are over worried about the fact that they havent responded well on the phone calls.
I will keep you all updated as we progress.
