Running/exercise apps

Wondering what apps, if any, people use for exercise?

I find it difficult to just "go for a run", so I've treated myself to the full version of Zombies, Run!! as I've gotten right into the story.

I do wish Dungeon Runner would come out for Android though :(

Any more "fun" apps, rather than ones that just track mileage, calories etc?

  • I use Runkeeper
  • Runkeeper seems to be one of those ones for serious runners...it scares me a bit :)

I use runkeeper. It's not a fun one, but I am most definitely not a serious runner. I was doing couch to 5k and wanted something that would tell me the second I'd done my distance, so I could stop, curl up and die!
You can set it for time intervals, and/or distance.
I only have an old iphone and some of the other running apps wouldn't download as my IOS was out of date.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • I like strava for the segments and try beat times for segments but now I'm really interested in whatever zombies is :)

It's amazing, I sometimes do 2 missions a day now!

    Have a look at https://www.zombiesrungame.com

(I'm sure people think I'm on commission...)

If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!
