We could raise £50K by selling endowments. Add that to the savings and the mortgage could be gone. I'm sure that I should be tempted.

I am currently thinking of changing to a Yorkshire bank Mortgage,Offset 2 year tracker,0.49% above bank of england base rate,cant make over payments for 2 years but can still save the money I would have overpaid and offset it against the mortgage.
