sky tv package win help

Hi its a long shot but wonder if anyone can help. Got a call on my mobile yesterday at work saying congrats that i had won a sky tv package for a year. Asked me to confirm my address and asked if it was xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx email and said they would email all the details. I am convinced it was legit. Couldn't really ask loads of questions as at work. I haven't got an email from them and number was withheld. tried to search for comps ending in last few days but cant find any? Would appreciate any help/advice although i don't hold out much hope. Wondered if anyone else won a sky package or remembers a comp for this ending.

Hi, Congratulations! I have won a sky package twice now and on both occasions received a WTC and then a confirmation letter. Never an email.

wow. so please to hear that. Can you tell me what happened. Did you just get a letter giving the details.. The lady did say she would email confirmation that is why i am panicking. I have searched threads and think it may have been a Heart Competition. Was yours with them? Sorry for all questions

Sorry just seen you got a letter. Can you remember how long after?

My letter was about 10 days after the call from Heart - it had details to contact a Sky department to arrange - they were really helpful. I also won a TV and Home Cinema System as part of the prize package - that wasn't that long after the original call - I had a call from another company to arrange next day delivery.

The Blu Ray player unfortunately didn't work and they were brilliant to arrange collection and delivery to replace it within a couple of days.
