If you are in receipt of income based jsa then you will be exempt from paying the £150.00 court fee.
If you are in receipt of contributions based jsa then this is not automatically exempt, however you can apply for remission of the court fee based on low income.
In both cases complete form ex160 and ensure you have up to date proof of benefit (ie dated within a month).
This does not apply to the official receivers deposit however and you will still have to pay that. xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

In my limited knowledge you will still have to pay the OR's fee of £335 but will be exempt from the court fee which is another £150, but i'm sure someone who knows better than me will advise you correctly.
There are some water companies that have trust funds that can help ( my water company has stopped it for the time being due to the high number of people going BR) so may be wroth giving them a ring to see if they can help.
Also, i believe British Gas can help if your a customer of theres, again may be wroth a call.
Good luckThe first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
