nothing gives me more pleasure than letting people eat my spicy meat kebabs

Oh c'mon. We all know there's hardly any meat in a kebab! :rotfl:
  • My kebabs are the best Manchester can offer, I will have you know. My special sauce has been in my family for 2 generations and my Jamaican/Greek ancestory makes for a very lively chilli sauce!!

Anyway, I dont want to be clogging the forum up with my kebab business, I will let you know how I get on with my new friend UKremortgageBroker.

Whilst the light hearted element to this post is something that I have found quite humourous, I would like to just ensure that you know that you are potentially going to be doing business with a broker who has been barred from this forum and has demonstrated over numerous posts that their knowledge is not in the upto date mortgage market.

When you deal with someone who does not deal with mortgages on a day to day basis and will charge you a fee for arranging your mortgage. I would stress that your mortgage requirements are not unusual and that you can get the advice for free. It is likely he will pass your mortgage onto one of his "new advisers" that are fresh from his broker training courses!

Whilst he may have someone experienced to arrange the mortgage for you, just be careful and whilst it seems you approached him, I have found some of his posts fairly inaccurate and just a tool to promote his own websites. Isnt that right JoeK!

Me thinks I have been missing out on events on the mortgage board while I have been away! ;)
