Have had a mortgage for 9 years not a single missed payment. Have 2 ccj both now settled one for 1200 and one for 1800 both will be 3 years old in december.
I rarn 38500 and i want to borrow 99000 on a property worth 110000. So in jan what are the chances of getting a 90% ltv.

Honestly - Slim, and if you can, not with the best rates available.
As I say in too many posts - Talk to a good Mortgage advisor, preferably one who has experience dealing with less than perfect applications.
I should note - I am not a Mortgage advisor, and I have no idea what I'm talking about.0
