Sorry I missed it when you were actively working towards mortgage neutral, but having read the whole thing this morning I'd love an update on progress to FI made in 2017
At 34 I think I scrape in as a millennial. I also reject the perceived norm for people my age. We bought our house in 2010, hit mortgage neutral back in 2015, plan to pay it off in full early next year. We're pumping money into pensions and investments, working reduced hours, and enjoying life
