How to stop duvet sliding down inside cover?

I have a couple of duvet covers that are 'slippery' on the inside. Is there anyway I can stop the duvet sliding down?

I was thinking of something like a large popper. Is there such a thing??

Safety pins holding duvet to cover maybe.
  • I would use little squares of velcro in each corner

Ebay has sales of duvet clips which might be worth trying.

I bought my duvet clips from Lakeland originally and that was years ago. I think they stopped selling them but have to say they are brilliant.

They hold the duvet on the bed and stop it from moving around all over the show and it helps if you have a partner who likes to drag the duvet over them.

I have cords stitched to all inside corners of the duvet and the duvet covers (only the slippery ones). I tie them up in a bow (you can't see it from the outside) and it holds the duvet firmly from piling into one corner.
