Stakeholder SIPP for £150 pcm plus adhocs?

Options
Have posted before, lurked and am finally ready to invest in pp to run along side my TPS pension.

Someone mentioned Vanguard. Been on lansdowne and cavendis sites now and still confused. Just want a really cheap flexible pension to fund the years between 60 and 665 when my TPS pension will be smaller. I'm 48 now and can put in about £150 pcm plus occasional one offs (from CSA arrears if & when I get any).

Know idea how to choose between options available to me.

Help appreciated, have £1000 to start if off with then drip feed monthly.

Thanks
