Has anyone tried washing converse trainers in the washing machine? My sons pale grey converse are beyond spot washing because they are so grubby.
I was wondering if anyone had tried washing them in a washing machine and whether it was successful.

I have washed loads of colours of both vans and converse in the washing machine .. with 2 boys they get very grubby !
they have always washed fine but I always just dry on the washing line and never tumble dry

I have washed Converse of all sorts of colours also, white and pink etc. All worked fine, I just washed them on a hand wash and dried outside and finished on the radiator.
