The "You have been blocked from following this account at the request of the user" message appears on a lot of Twitter sites if you have unfollowed and then try to follow again at some future date.
It is a common method to prevent compers following for the duration of a comp and then following again next time they run a comp. The logic being that they want to give the prizes to their regular followers or genuine new followers.
Frustrating as a comper due to Twitter limiting how many sites we can follow.0 -
they where a scam site which I called out a while ago, so if you got involved at that time that could be why you where blocked, they also block anyone who is announcd as a winner at any point as they never recieve their prize, but they cannot contact about it because they are blocked!
sorry I need new atteris inmy keyboard!0 -
After I RT'd one of their comp tweets, a random Twitter user contacted me with a tweet telling me that she had won a prize with them that they had not honored it in months. The company's reaction was to block me immediately even though I had had absolute nothing to do with it! From that response I can only assume that they have got to have something to hide and they sound best to be avoided.0
