2. No proof of purchase is required. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale. Regretfully, in the event that a show/event/attraction are cancelled alternative tickets will not be provided.
3. Winners agree to personal data being supplied to competiton provider (attraction or event organisers) for the purpose of arranging tickets/bookings. Winners may also be required to take part in publicity which could include being filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded for attraction, event organisers or London Midland to use for future promotions.
4. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost entries. London Midland reserves the right to withdraw the competition or amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice.
5. Winners' names can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter's address up to two weeks after the competition closes.
