Getting 2 jobs

I have got a job that only has a 4 hour contract, and I am off college now for a while, so that really isn't enough (minimum 4 hours a week). Now, I've got an interview for a job that has an 8 hour contract, which is obviously better, but I have read that I will get emergency tax taken off if I don't have a P46 form or something, is that correct? Can I not just show my P45 form from my first job to the new place? That would make more sense...
I am only going to work there for a little bit, as when I go back to college it'll be very difficult to juggle college work, a social life, and 2 jobs, so 1 job is sufficient (the 4 hour one), so I really want to sort it out as soon as possible.
Thanks.

according to gov uk https://www.gov.uk/paye-forms-p45-p60-p11d/p45
"You won’t have a P45 if you’re starting your first job or you’re taking on a second job. Your employer will need to work out how much tax you should be paying on your salary."
hope that helps xTo make money work for me
