Hi,
I'm about to submit a full application to this lender through my broker, just waiting on sa302 from hmrc.
Just wanted to know what they are like, are they very particular and scrutinise applications or pretty straight forward?
Thanks

Ive used them a fair bit although not for 6 months or so. They are thorough but they are not looking for reasons to decline a case. I think every case I have sent them went to offer.
Their decisions in principle are manually done, so unlike most decisions in principle they do hold some weight.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi ACG,
My broker done the DIP which was successful. Originally we were gong to go for precise mortgages and had dip approved from them too, after submitting application online also ( we hadn't sent any docs to them yet) my broker said they were asking peculiar questions, so he said that with precise they have a limit so once they've reached full capacity of how much they want to lend they can refuse. So we've decided to go for kent reliance. I'm hoping they aren't like that.0
