Natwest Withdrawal Fee £150

Just keeps getting worse and making me more cross :(

Pulled out of purchase two days ago after survey. Vendors were either mistaken or dishonest..!

Just got the offer through today (after delays on Natwest's part) to read that we'll be billed £150 if we don't take the loan out. I don't remember seeing this £150 amongst the other funds we've already paid them for the other things.

Am I right to think that even if I found another property, it would be a different mortgage offer, so I will have to cough up for this anyway?

To my understanding, as we are in a similar position, the offer is valid for 6 months and if we proceed with another purchase we will only pay the fee once, if you are still buying, just speak to your broker and all s/he will do is complete a form with natwest to change the property details and that's it. Dont forget you will pay for a new valuation fee...
