    Hi all
This is a new alternative to Freecycle dedicated to the gifting of baby /childrens items. It is a very new group which we are hoping will expand rapidly all around the country. Please show your support and help this group succeed. Please use the link to join and spread the word

Sounds a great idea but uk wide? What if there is something at the other end of the country, are there going to be any postage options?
  • Hopefully this group will expand quickly and there will be many members in each area so there will be lots of offers in your own area

I would expect if you requested an item you could ask if postage was an option if it wasn't in your area but that would be at your own discretion.

I am not the owner of the group I just think it's a brill idea and would like to see it grow

Ok, count me in, however I hope it doesn't go the way af my local freecycle ie: wanted -bugaboo must be red, in great condition with matching accessories and delivered between 1 and 1.30 on Tuesday. :)
  • Same here that's why I joined.I give loads of kids stuff away and it's gutting when you realise when the collect they are traders

A more dedicated site might make it more personal and you know the genuine people
