Court defence advice please!

Hello all,
Does anyone have any references to a court defence for a non-executable CCA.
I have to give a defence in within a week and was wondering if anyone has any experience in this or knows if someone has posted up a defence for this issue.
I'm basically defending the whole case because I cannot work out my unlawful charges (or which there are at least I estimate 1.2k's worth on my credit card account) because the document they sent me was an application form with no T+Cs whatsoever.
I dont have time to open a dialogue with the solicitors involved so feel that by disputing the whole claim I can take it from there
thanks all.
