Can anyone recommend an optician who specialises in being able to recommend the best type of frames for very high minus prescriptions. If anyone with higher powers who posted plans to buy thinner lenses on the Internet, make sure your PD and centres above datum (for that particular frame) are measured accurately, or you risk not being able to see at all.
