Mortgage after bankruptcy

Hiya I was wondering if anyone has had a mortgage after discharge from bankruptcy? If so how much deposit? Who was your mortgage provider and how long after bankruptcy did you have to wait?
If there is already a thread on this can someone let me know as I've searched but can't find it?
Also when I buy I wondered if there were providers that took maintenance/tax credits/ child benefit income along side wage and the discharged bankruptcy of course! Any thoughts? Thanks, J

Most lenders + 6 years, some + 3 years, some adverse specialist lenders < 3 yrs.
Deposit - realistically 10% or more minimum.

Ok great thanks. That's ace. It will be 6 years and 6 months when I''ll be applying and should hopefully have a 20% deposit by then. X2022 Comp total (prizes + free spins): £494.81 #20 £12 a day Jan: £382.95/£372 #57 360 1p challenge: £17.70 £10 a day Feb: £571.09/£280 March: £311.96/£3100

I recently placed one with a lender with a 23% deposit. 5 year deal and the rate was under 4%. The applicant had been discharged 3 years and a week when the application went in.
Thats not to say every ex bankrupt after 3 years could get that but it can be done. It is deifintely worth speaking to an experienced broker in that field as I would almost guarantee the lenders that look to do these sorts of mortgages are lenders you would not come across on your own.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
