First Time Buyer Mortgage Recommendation

Hi All,
Posting on behalf of my little brother, he has a found a new build he wants to buy and the builder is pushing for completion within 30 days.
Can anyone recommend a good 90/95% FTB mortgage ? and a broker ?
He was dealing with countrywide but has been let down badly as they kept coming up with deals and then as he got closer to progressing with them, they would say 'oh that one doesn't apply to you' and the goal posts keep moving.
He is really stressed and scared of losing the home he wants to buy, any help from you lovely people would be appreciated.

You cannot recommend a mortgage without knowing the client and the scenario.
A 30 day completion is extremely tight and your brother needs to appoint someone to assist him today.
unbiased.co.uk carries details of local mortgage advisers - to get a full list turn off the 'only show sponsored results' filter under the more filters section on the left hand side of the page.I am a Mortgage Broker

Please whatever you do don't use Estate Agent's services, they are pants and they get commission from the agent that recommends. I guess your brother learnt that the hard way and now he has credit foot prints over incompetence from the people at Country wide."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
