Need assistance to apply for a mortgage

I need to get a mortgage for buying a new home in Toronto. Me and my wife have a permanent job there and I own a house in Markham which was previously my parents house. Now they have moved to US leaving the house in my name. So I have decided to take a mortgage from Butler Mortgage to buy the home. This is my first mortgage so I need help in submitting the mortgage application. What are the documents I need to have ready with me for submitting?
