Challenge Ideas

I was wondering if any of the compers had a cool idea for a new challenge for next year, something that would take us a few months to complete.

This year our challenge has been to enter 1 million competitions, we started in February and it looks like we should complete this at about the end of September :j

Maybe something like a wish list (not as grand as some folks :eek: )

10 silly items
10 realistic items
10 dream items

And cross them off the list as you win them

Or a guessing challenge something like

This year I will win £5000 of prizes and take away from the total with each win and see who is the closest at the end of the challenge.

I will win xxx prizes in 2016

If anyone has any ideas please let us know

Previous challenges have included win A-Z of prizes - some letters are bloody hard, Win £2012 in 2012 (so obviously you would change the amount)

Trying to think what others we have done now on here but can't remember lol

I've done 20 items worth more than £15 this year on my own wee spreadsheet

At the moment I'm doing 'win £2015 of prizes in 2015', 'win 20 items on my wishlist' and 'win 20 prizes worth more than £15' I just change it to the next year each year so next year would be 'win £2016 prizes in 2016'

I like the idea of us all guessing how many prizes we will win in the year, having a list of compers names and their number next to their name in the top thread.

Something like this...

Mansey I guess 68 prizes in 2016

Then folks popping in to let us know they have had a win (and what they have won cos I am git nosey ) and how many they need to achieve their goal.

So for me...

31st February I won a book 1/68

There would be no need to go to the thread every day and no need for spreadsheets ect folks could just pop in when they won or for a bit of banter

Try for 50 compers and see who is first to reach their guessed number

What do you think?

That sounds like a lot BUT if there were 50 people doing the challenge that works out at 168 wins a month so 3-4 wins per person per month.

I like that, that's a good idea :T

We could guess our own figure and have a team figure like we do on the monthly challenge

I just need to get 50 compers to play along :eek:

Either way, which ever folks prefer, I've not put a lot of thought into it to be honest just throwing some ideas about.

I need 50 compers first, do you want to join us :rotfl:
