Valuation impact on LTV

Hi,
Any help would be great. Gone all the way through further advance with First Direct as existing customer. Valuation came back a tad under value I had given lender. Was on a 65% LTV deal but total borrow would take me to 68% LTV, so just outside. How strict are FD on such matters? Will they give me some leeway do you think?
I could of course move onto a different deal etc. what complicates this is that FD have now changed All their deals, including fees etc. I had signed up for a 3 year fix at 1.89% with no fee. I could take slightly less of an advance to get it down to 66% LTV, but would prefer deal as is. FD have gone quiet, so a little worried.
Any thoughts?
Cheers
