First Advance Single ticket help please

This might sound like a silly question, but I am looking - as I do every year (& always come on here for help!) - for return tickets to Falmouth in Cornwall.
I have been looking every day as we are going in mid September and I see that the First Advance Single ticket for returning is about £17 cheaper each than the First Advance outward ticket at the moment. We are using a Two Together Railcard also.
Is there any reason I shouldn't buy the cheaper return tickets now and the outward tickets if and when they become cheaper?
Many thanks in advance.

FGW has reduced the number of 1st class seats per HST set, and hence the number of cheap First Class advances has been decreased.
Chances are the outward tickets won't get any cheaper and by putting off buying them now you run the risk of paying more when the advance tickets for that tier have gone.0 -

The return ones are showing as around £134 - a few days ago they were £104 grrr - so I can buy those and wait just in case the outward ones go down a bit and then buy them separately? That's what I was concerned about, in case there was some reason I should buy both outward and return together. :-OMoney, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

although not impossible, it is very unlikely that Advance tickets will get cheaper closer to the date of travel.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
