Not all EPCs are done for property sale so many of the questions on the survey are irrelevant and have no logical option, in which case I can't see that feedback would enable relevant research for a dissertation ....

What's this doing here? - You clearly agreed to only post surveys in the Surveys Forum and not to spam the boards.

I'd be very surprised if this is in any way compliant with your institution's policy on online research as well!
