just my luck

I wrote to barclays my local branch on 18th of April i got my statements back June 26th.not the right ones for the business but anyway by time i had checked them and spoke to Barclays in July about why they were late they gave me no answer as to why there was a delay in replying, so a nice man gave me a reference number so i was quite happy with that but i now find out it was not put on the list till August missing the deadline .I supose it dosnt make that much different anyway.
The one thing i did find frustrating is each department tells you a different story i sure they dont know themself what going on.
Just have to be patience and fingers crossed for a long time.:confused:
