Today i had a letter from Cabot saying they now own my debt from Halifax/blair oliver scott.
I have been on a payment plan for about 3 years all fine no problems i guess they sold it due to its age.
So in the same envelope was a letter from Halifax(notice of assignment)(not deed of assignment) basically saying cabot have the debt and that the payment plan is still the same and i should just change the account details for the standing order.
The cabot letter just said the same thing.
Should i get in deep and involved with prove it letters or just make the changes.????

Grrr another of my CC accounts is with Cabot now.
For some reason they were both sent to the address i left 2 years ago despite the CC companies sending me mail just fine to my current address.'Beware of little expenses. A small leak will sink a great ship'. -Benjamin Franklin.0
