Hi me again - sorry so much to sort out and just want to make sure I do it properly. I spoke to Step for Change last night and they have put me on a token payment plan however he mentioned that I currently have 3 CCJ - one which I am making payments towards but the others not he mentioned that I should be filling in some forms to send back to the court to agree the amount. I can't get hold of them today as the line is busy and in my pack he did not send the forms. Any ideas???

If you are trying to change the instalments on a CCJ you will need to send an N245 court form. This can cost up to £50 to submit. If you are on a low income or certain benefits you may not have to pay this fee if you complete another form called an EX160. We have a factsheet on this that may help - https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/factsheets/Pages/08 EW County court - suspending a bailiff's warrant or reducing instalments on a county-court judgment/Default.aspx
And you can get the forms here - https://www.justice.gov.uk/
Good Luck,
Laura
