That's interesting, I'm buying a new build, told by Halifax offers are only valid 6 month...therefore I apply, but will have to look at an extension as this offer expires because my new build will be 2 months away from that.0

Seems I got lucky with a salesperson who was happy to wait for the mortgage application to go in late July (yesterday!) after reserving in May on a plot ready Dec/Jan!0
