i was declared bankrupt in aug 2009 can you please tell me when it is completely off my record
there is also a couple of defaults that were still on there when do they comme off ??

Bankruptcy order will come off in August this year.
Defaults 6 years after the initial default date. They should be on or before the bankruptcy date, so should all be gone by the same time.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
