Hi, can anyone help me? I have been advised that several mortgage lenders are happy to accept mortgage applications from one applicant despite them being married. Does anyone know who these are please?

Much will depend on the circumstances of your application.0

I had a crazy situation with an on-line clothes supplier which meant that they recorded me as missing 3 payments with them. I am contesting this but things are moving extremely slowly.
My wife has a fabulous job and an excellent credit score/file and earns more than enough to support the mortgage application herself. When we applied jointly we were refused due to my credit history.
She is more than happy to do this, I'd just like to know who the lenders are who will accept this.

There are lenders who permit this your issue is you are doing it specifically because one of you has adverse credit history.
