Child working full time

My child is 16 and at the moment working 38hrs a week during the school holidays, I assume she intends to go back to college/sixth form when the new term starts
They are earning £150 a week at the moment
Where does child benefit/child maintenance stand on this?

The child benefit website says that CB (and therefore CM) stops if the child starts working 24 hours a week AND leaves approved education.
Your child must stay in education until they are 18 now so CB will almost certainly continue. Therefore CM will continue to be due.0 -
Thats why I said 'almost certainly' instead of definitely.0
