real deal post card comp

I have started looking at the post card comps and the real deal ones finish the day after the show for phone and text, and only 3 days after for the post card entry

Is there any chance that the post cards would get there in that time frame.
does anyone know how long a 1st class post card takes to be delivered

thanks
Thanks to all who post comps :)

That's "should be" but almost 7 in 100 are not.

If you used a red pen when putting TO then it wouldn't have gone through the sorting machine. What I do is I just put their address on the front. Turn the card and write on the back putting FROM with two lines underneath in a diagonal sort of angle and big enough to read and I will add my details and a contact number too. I have sent over 600 postcards doing this and no postcards have come back. I would imagine most would have arrived for me to have 4 small wins.

I found writing your details sideways, ie 90 degrees angle to the address being sent to, avoids any returned items..
