Natwest 3 year fixed deals?

In short do they offer these?

We currently have a mortgage with natwest and are looking to move home. We made enquiries via a broker who has recommended porting our current mortgage (3 years left on fixed deal) so we avoid the redemption charge and then taking out a second mortgage or the extra money we need. Both deals would expire within one month of each other thus allowing us to join them together when we get a new deal in three years time.

Now our broker suggested it may be worth our while applying direct to natwest as it would save his broker fee. When i look on their mortgage deals i cannot see a 3 year fixed rate deal just two and five year deals. Is the three year deal a broker only deal? meaning we should just apply through him or just something not advertised on site?
