Dear Mr
We recently wrote to you regarding your outstanding balance with Lowell Financial, however despite requests by both BPO Collections Ltd ("BPO") and our client for payment, the balance still remains outstanding.
Our client, Lowell Financial, has agreed that we can make the following exclusive offer to help you clear your account while making a substantial saving:
50% Discount offer. Subject to affordability, if you are able to pay £85.67, we will discount the remainder, meaning you will save £85.67. If you are unable to pay this as a one off payment please contact BPO to discuss your options, as we may be able to accept this settlement over a number of instalments, based on your individual financial situation.
In the event a discount option is suitable for you, once we receive your one off, or last instalment payment, we will notify Lowell Financial of the transaction and they will update your credit file as partially satisfied.
Please see below for various repayment options we offer and how to get in contact with us. Alternatively, please visit https://www.bpopay.co.uk for further information and to pay the outstanding balance.
Payment may be made by
Calling BPO on 0141 375 0900 and speak to one of our trained advisors where you can pay by Card or set up a Direct Debit
Calling our 24hr Automated Payment Line on 0141 375 0999

We appreciate that you may not be able to take advantage of this offer however we would still like for you to contact us in order for us to discuss your options, and we will be able to help you set up an affordable and suitable repayment plan.
