Which gadgets do you have & which do you use?

Consumer tech’s becoming a bigger part of our daily lives. We’d like to see what’s changed since we last did this poll in 2013.
Which gadgets do MoneySavers now rely on? And crucially do you still use them?

Please choose as many options as you have, and if you don't have it don't tick it.

Did you vote? Are you surprised at the results so far? Have your say below. To see the results from last time, click here.

Thanks! :)

Kenwood chef - from the 1970's. Use it for making bread - often during holidays and at the moment (p/t job), less often when I was working f/t.

I have a Freesat receiver box (Humax) but not Freesat TV. Does that count?

I'm surprised by the omission of HDD recorders. You need also to combine fitness trackers with GPS watches as they can perform a similar function.

  • I'm surprised by how many people are regular users of electric toothbrushes. They're a novelty to me rather than a "must-have" item.

It's mildly interesting to see that the split between Apple and non-Apple smartphones is almost even but iPads are far ahead of non-Apple tablets.

I thought the same until the dentist told me to get one. Now he always tells me to come back in 18 months (instead of 6!!!).

I'd second what was said about HDD recorders - we couldn't live without ours. It's so liberating not being tied to the TV schedule.

Why do the Apple products always get singled out in these surveys?

The 7 people who don't have any of the above, are they all using someone else's computer?
  • How long is the poll open for - only received the email yesterday (29/7)?
