Subscription traps/CPAs - CAB is conducting a survey

If anyone here has had problems with companies offering these "free trials" of products such as skincare and diet pills for the price of postage and packaging - only to find out you've unwittingly signed up for continuous payment authorities of £ large sums every 30 days - the Citizens Advice Bureau is interested to hear from you.
I was checking their website today for some information and happened to notice they are conducting some new research on these 'subscription traps'. They say they would like to hear from people who have had payments they weren't expecting taken from their card after a free trial; and who've had trouble cancelling the payments.
There is an anonymous survey on their site and, at the end of this, it says they'd also be interested to interview people about their experiences in order to gather anonymous case studies for their project, for anyone willing to participate.
For more information or to take part in the survey:

Thanks.

Might be a good idea to ask this question on the Praise, Vents & Warnings forum, although you have to ask a Guide for permission to start a duplicate thread.0
