All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday, November 1, 2015. 6. The Promoter will contact the winner by telephone or email within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
8. One winning entrant will win a short break for two in the Cotswold Lodge Hotel, Oxford. The prize includes accommodation in a twin or double room on a bed and breakfast basis and two adult tickets to Blenheim Palace Park and Gardens.
9. The prize must be taken as one package.
10. The prize does not include travel, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
11. The prize must be booked and taken before March 31, 2015 and excludes the Christmas and New Year’s period, Valentine’s Day, Easter, bank holidays and dates on which events at the hotel are taking place. Availability may be restricted during peak times such as Friday and Saturday nights. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be amended. The winner and their guest must take the prize together.
12. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
