The 7p per minute is the Service Charge levied by the organisation being called.
Calls cost 7p per minute plus the caller's phone provider's Access Charge.
The Access Charge is up to 12p per minute from landlines and up to 45p per minute from mobiles.

I'm just quoting from their flyer... obviously it's up to you to check the costs, as they say "Buyer Beware!"
and of course it all depends on which service provider you have, which package etc.......
