Quidco account type?

I've been using Quidco for years but not so much lately (haven't been making any eligible puchases), so I haven't kept on top of changes. When they switched to account types, I was automatically put on premium. I've recently tracked cashback on a car insurance policy for £70.
Just had a look at the differences between premium and basic and the only benefit I can see for me personally, is that it is faster paying out - but is that really worth it for £5 a year infrequent use? I don't count on the cashback until it is in my bank, so it doesn't matter how long it takes to arrive.
Has anyone else been a premium user & downgraded?

I think the customer service is nicer.... I had something refused but I had the order number and was polite and friendly asking support why it had dragged on for so long showing ok then was denied and they paid out and paid to my bank account. I then had a message saying cashback denied. They must have some discretion for paid members. They have not asked for it back so I can only assume the above.0
