Nationwide valuation....

Nationwide valuation was completed on Saturday. What are the usual timescales to A) know what the valuation came back at and B) receive the mortgage offer?

The application originally referred which meant all underwriting had to be completed before valuation. The case was then picked for a random audit and still came back ok so there shouldnt be any more docs needed etc.

Thanks all :)

You'd need to speak to Nationwide. I believe they use a third party company to do the valuations and as such, they're totally dependant on how quick the surveyor submits his report to them.

The time to mortgage offer will depend on the circumstances at hand. LTV, mortgage amount, affordability etc will all play a part so it's impossible to say how long it would take.

They are working on documents from Thursday. if your valuation is in tomorrow it will be picked up Thursday or Friday all things being equal.

Offer sometime between this Friday and Tuesday next week.
